| Caption | Schematic representation of the generation of conditional Mir122tm1.2Kgh (miR-122floxed) and germline Mir122tm1.1Kgh (miR-122delta) alleles. The targeting vector was generated by amplifying homology arms from 129 genomic DNA, which were cloned into pBSK. Targeted mouse ES cell clones and chimeric mice were generated at the University of Michigan Knockout Mouse Core Facility. Two independent targeted clones were transmitted through the mouse germ line. | ||||||
