All transgenes contain the entire Guca1a genomic sequence, including 6.2 kb promoter and 2.5 kb 3'-UTR sequence. Oligonucleotide pair (horizontal arrows, A), G1F and G1R, were used for genotyping. The C45I1 point mutation was introduced at exon 4 (red stars) resulting in a L151F mutation of G1(L151F) and G1(L151F)-GFP transgenes.
