Caption Generation of the Crxtm1Smgc (E168d2neo), Crxtm1.1Smgc (E168d2) and Crxtm2.1Smgc (R90W) alleles. The alleles carry the indicated targeting construct containing loxP-flanked Neo cassette in intron 3-4 as a selection marker. The final mutant lines were generated from the respective Neo+ sublines by Sox2-Cre-mediated excision in germline.
