| Caption | Generation of the Dnm1ltm1.1Hise and Dnm1ltm1.2Hise alleles. A loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 3 and a floxed, frt flanked neo cassette was inserted downstream of exon 5. Germ line, flp mediated recombination removed the neo cassette leaving exons 3 through 5 floxed in the Dnm1ltm1.1Hise (floxed) allele. Cre-mediated recombination removed exons 3-5, generating the Dnm1ltm1.2Hise (null) allele. | ||||
