| Caption | Targeting strategy for the generation of the Tardbptm1Ckjs and Tardbptm1.1Ckjs alleles. The exons 2 (E2) and 3 (E3) were replaced with a "floxed" fragment containing exons 2 and 3 followed by an frt-flanking neo cassette which generates the Tardbptm1Ckjs (loxP) allele.
