An Mllt6-specific gene trap ES clone (GenBank # CW988924) was used for generation of the mutant mice. In these cells, the gene trap vector carrying beta-geo reporter was inserted into intron 7 as shown. The exact insertion site was found 257 bp downstream from the start of intron 7 (GenBank # GU271153). The relative location and orientation of each primer used for genotyping are also indicated. | ||||
