Caption Mice homozygous for the Tyrp1b mutation have eumelanin of the hair and eyes which is brown rather than black, resulting in a brownish hue coat color. In combination with a shown here, the coat color appears dark brown. In combination with A, the coat color appears as a lighter agouti color.
