| Caption | Femurs from male and female mice at 1 year of age were subjected to high resolution x-ray imaging. In the magnification of the distal femur, increased trabecular bone can be observed in both Mepetm1Tbrw/Mepe+ (HET) and Mepetm1Tbrw/Mepetm1Tbrw (KO) when compared to wild-type (WT) mice. The increased trabecular bone was evident in both males and females at 1 year of age. | ||||||
