Image
Caption (a) 1 day old Krt10tm1Tmm/Krt10tm1Tmm mouse. Homozygous mutant mice exhibit large areas of skin loss. Krt10tm1Tmm/Krt10+ mice (H) showed extensive hyperkeratotic scaling of the skin on the tail (b), paws (c), and ears (d). A wild-type (W) littermate is shown on the left of each picture for comparison. Both mice were ~2 months old.
