Caption Npr2cn-3J/Npr2cn-3J (upper left) mice exhibit shorter body length then littermate controls (lower right). Mutant bellies resemble a squared lump, and mice have short noses, limbs and tails. Mutant females breed poorly and produce small litters. Mutant males are not able to breed.
