Increased grade of oligodendroglioma in Gt(ROSA)26Sor^{tm1(RICTOR)Jger}/Gt(ROSA)26Sor^{tm1(RICTOR)Jger} Tg(GFAP-EGFR*,-lacZ)#Agu/0 Tg(GFAP-cre)25Mes/0 mice. H&E sections of a typical tumor displayed increased regions of necrosis and cells with pyknotic nuclei. Increased endothelial proliferation was also observed consistent with anaplastic oligodendroglioma in humans (grade 3 WHO).
