Phenotype Image Detail
Image
Caption Phenotypic appearance of Otcspf-J/Y (spf-J) mice. A) Photos of mutants at 4 weeks (top) and 12 weeks (bottom). Males appear smaller and their coat is patchy with grey fur at 4 weeks of age. Despite these early differences, by 12 weeks of age, the size discrepancy disappeared and the coat color and density become similiar to wild-type mice.
