Note the abundance of spermatocytes, but lack of spermatids in the seminiferous tubules of Spo11^tm1.1Gvpc/Spo11^tm1.1Gvpc (Spo11^Gal/Gal) mice; B. Epididymus. Note the lack of spermatozoa in the Spo11^tm1.1Gvpc/Spo11^tm1.1Gvpc mice; C. Ovaries.
