Phenotype Image Detail
Image
Caption 8(C) Fibrosis increased throughout the wild-type (WT) and Akap13Gt(CSJ306)Byg/Akap13Gt(CSJ306)Byg (DGEF) hearts as assessed by Masson's trichrome staining. Isoproterenol-treated mutant hearts appeared to have more fibrosis than Isoproterenol-treated WT hearts. Higher magnification of the left ventricular wall (box) showed fibrosis within the myocardium (bottom). Black scale bars in C are 1 mm (top) and 250 um (C bottom).
