Tg(Cd4-cre)1Cwi/0 Plcg1^tm1Rwen/Plcg1^tm1Gcrp (Cre/PLCgamma1^fl/-) mice develop inflammatory/autoimmune disease. (A) Mutant mice were smaller than littermate control mice. A pair of 6-wk-old littermates is shown. (C) Infiltration of inflammatory cells in the skin and ear (H&E, x200) of mutant mice. Bar, 100 um.
