Morphometric analysis of aortic root lesions in atheroprone male and female mice with (Apoe^tm1Unc/Apoe^tm1Unc Tg(Cdh5-cre/ERT2)1Rha/0 Nck1^tm1Paw/Nck1^tm1Paw Nck2^tm3Paw/Nck2^tm3Paw) and without (Apoe^tm1Unc/Apoe^tm1Unc Tg(Cdh5-cre/ERT2)1Rha/0 Nck1^tm1Paw/Nck1^tm1Paw) endothelial-specific deletion of NCK2. Animals were fed a HFD for 8 or 16 weeks to assess atherosclerotic lesion initiation and progression, respectively.
