Caption | Aatfem1(IMPC)J/Aatfem1(IMPC)J embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/31), however excess resorption sites suggest mutants elicit a decidual response in vivo. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear dead. In culture mutants do not develop further nor hatch from the zona to form outgrowths. RNA-seq data indicates robust post-2-cell expression.Additional information at websites.umass.edu/jmager/Aatf | ||||
