Phenotype Image Detail
Image
Caption Ccdc93em1(IMPC)J/Ccdc93em1(IMPC)J embryos are recovered at expected Mendelian ratios at E7.5 but are much smaller than littermates. Mutants show consistent phenotype including severe developmental delay, poorly organized extraembryonic tissues, no Brachyury (T)-positive cells, and active-Trp53-positive cells indicating cell death. RNA-seq data indicates robust maternal and post-2-cell expression. Additional information at websites.umass.edu/jmager/Ccdc93
