| Caption | Ddx59em1(IMPC)J/Ddx59em1(IMPC)J mutants are recovered at E7.5 but are much smaller than littermates. A rudimentary egg-cylinder has formed, but no morphological primitive streak or other hallmarks typical of gastrulation at E7.5 (ie node, headfolds) are present.
