| Caption | Rbbp4em1(IMPC)Mbp/Rbbp4em1(IMPC)Mbp embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/43), nor are there excess resorption sites. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as normal blastocysts. Mutants hatch from the zona but fail to form typical outgrowth colonies.
