| Caption | Zc3h4em1(IMPC)Mbp/Zc3h4em1(IMPC)Mbp embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/24), and excess resorption sites are found. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 in expected ratios and appear as normal blastocysts. Mutants fail to hatch from the zona and form typical outgrowth colonies.
