| Caption | Prpf4bem1(IMPC)J/Prpf4bem1(IMPC)J embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/27), nor are there excess resorption sites. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 in expected ratios and appear as early blastocysts/late morula. Mutants fail to hatch from the zona with apparent cell death, never reaching a morphological blastocyst stage or forming a normal outgrowth.
