| Caption | Tubgcp4em1(IMPC)J/Tubgcp4em1(IMPC)J embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/27). Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 in expected ratios and appear as normal blastocysts. Mutants fail to hatch from the zona with apparent cell death in culture. RT-PCR indicates limited expression during pre-implantation but robust post-implantation expression.
