| Caption | U2af2em1(IMPC)J/U2af2em1(IMPC)J embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/38), nor are there excess resorption sites. Homozygous mutants are recovered at expected ratios at E3.5 as early blastocysts. Mutants fail to hatch from the zona and are dead after 72 hr in vitro outgrowth culture.
