Image
Caption Tbcdem1(IMPC)Bay/Tbcdem1(IMPC)Bay embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/28), however there are excess resorption sites suggesting mutants elicita decidual response in vivo. Homozygous mutants are recovered at expected ratios at E3.5 and appear as blastocysts. Mutants hatch from the zona and form normal outgrowths with apparent inner cell mass and trophectoderm/primitive endoderm cells. RNA-seq data indicates robust maternal and post-zygotic expression.
