| Caption | Taf12em1(IMPC)Mbp/Taf12em1(IMPC)Mbp mutants can be recovered at E3.5 but not at E7.5. Mutant embryos are able to form morphologically normal blastocysts, but outgrowths lack an obvious inner call mass colony. Mutant blastocysts exhibit comparable SOX17+ and NANOG+ cells.
