| Caption | Ttc1em1(IMPC)Mbp embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/27), however excess resorption sites suggest mutants elicit a decidual response in vivo. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as blastocysts. Mutants hatch from the zona and form irregular outgrowths with poorly defined inner cell mass colony.
