Caption Nup93em1(IMPC)Mbp/Nup93em1(IMPC)Mbp embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/22), however excess resorption sites suggest mutants elicit a decidual response in vivo. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as early blastocysts. Mutants hatch from the zona and form irregular outgrowths with no apparent inner cell mass or trophoblast giant cells. RNA-seq data indicates robust post-zygotic expression. Additional information at websites.umass.edu/jmager/Nup93
