| Caption | Sart3em1(IMPC)Bay/Sart3em1(IMPC)Bay embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/38), however excess resorption sites suggest mutants elicit a decidual response in vivo. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as early blastocysts. Mutants hatch from the zona but form irregular outgrowths.
