Mrm3^{tm1.1(KOMP)Vlcg}/Mrm3^{tm1.1(KOMP)Vlcg} mutants are recovered in expected ratios at E7.5 but appear slightly smaller than littermates. At E8.5 mutants are considerably delayed. Most morphological hallmarks typical of E7.5 are present but mutant embryos stall in development ~E8.0. Both LacZ reporter and RT-PCR indicate weak expression at E6.5, but then wide-spread expression in later stages. Additional information at websites.umass.edu/jmager/Rnmtl1
