| Caption | Ttc4em1(IMPC)Bay/Ttc4em1(IMPC)Bay embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/29). Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as dyring morula. No further development is observed in culture, never forming outgrowths. RNA-seq data indicates robust maternal and post-8-cell expression.
