Phenotype Image Detail
Image
Caption Clptm1em1(IMPC)Tcp/Clptm1em1(IMPC)Tcp embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/33), nor are there excess resorption sites. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as dying morula. Mutants fail to hatch from the zona and are dead after 72hr in vitro, never forming outgrowths. RNA-seq data indicates robust maternal and post-zygotic expression.
