| Caption | Ndufa11em1(IMPC)Bay/Ndufa11em1(IMPC)Bay mutants can be recovered in expected Mendelian ratios at E7.5 but are much smaller than littermates. A rudimentary egg-cylinder has formed, but no morphological primitive streak or other hallmarks of gastrulation at E7.5 (i.e. node, headfolds) are present. RNA-seq data indicates robust expression.
