Taf1c^em1(IMPC)Bay/Taf1c^em1(IMPC)Bay embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/26), nor are there excess resorption sites. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as blastocysts. Mutants fail to hatch from the zona and are dead after 72hr in vitro, never forming outgrowths. RNA-seq data indicates 8-cell and post-implantation expression.
