Phenotype Image Detail
Image
Caption Ddx46em1(IMPC)Tcp/Ddx46em1(IMPC)Tcp embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/22), however excess resorption sites suggest mutants elicit a decidual response in vivo. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as blastocysts. Mutants hatch from the zona but form irregular outgrowths. RNA-seq data indicates robust maternal and zygotic expression.
