Caption Ruvbl2em1(IMPC)Bay/Ruvbl2em1(IMPC)Bay embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/24), however excess reabsorption sites suggest mutants elicit a decidual response in vivo. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as blastocysts. Mutants hatch from the zona and form irregular outgrowths with poorly defined inner cell mass colony when cultured in vitro.
