Caption: Pold2tm1.1(KOMP)Vlcg/Pold2tm1.1(KOMP)Vlcg mice exhibit embryonic lethality, with normal number of embryos at E3.5 as blastocysts, but no embryos at E7.5. Blastocysts grown in vitro fail to hatch from the zona pellucida with apparent cell death during outgrowth culture. (details)
