Caption: Pmpcbtm1b(EUCOMM)Hmgu/Pmpcbtm1b(EUCOMM)Hmgu mice exhibit embryonic lethality, with embryos recovered at E3.5 but not at E7.5. Embryos at E3.5 appear as blastocysts, hatch from the zona pellucida, and form normal outgrowths in culture with very compact inner cell mass. (details)
