• Experiment
  16 backcross mice were used to show that Cd80 and Cd86 mapped with 10 markers that were nonrecombinant on mouse Chromosome 16. Additionally, 24 backcross mice were informative to show that both Cd80 and Cd86 mapped within the interval between Sst and Gap43.
