Experiment

By diabetic frequency analysis of the author's congenic strains (NOD.B10 Fcgr<R1), NOD.B10 Fcgr^R2, NOD.B6 Idd10^R1 and NOD.B6 Idd10^R2) it was determined that the Idd10 locus involved with resistance to diabetes is located in a 17 cM region between D3Mit213 and DD3Mit13, distal to Fcgr.
