  PCR and Southern analysis indicated that the mouse Chromosome 2 loci Wt1, Rcn, Pax6 and Kcna4 are all contained within the chromosomal segment deleted in mutant Sey^H. Loci located outside the deleted segment include Cd59a proximal and Bdnf distal, therefore providing an order of Cd59a - Wt1 - Rcn - Pax6 - Kcna4 - Bdnf on Chromosome 2.
