GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Psmb1 direct sequencing Psmb1/Tbp cDNA
Tbp direct sequencing Psmb1/Tbp cDNA
Notes
  • Experiment
The authors derived primers from the 5' UTR's of the mouse Tbp and Psmb1 genes and used them to PCR-amplify and sequence the genomic region between the two genes. It was determined that the two loci are situated in adjacent positions on mouse Chromsome 17, and are transcribed in opposite directions from points 1.39kb apart.
