  The authors estimated the location of the Tbxas1 and Igk loci by analysis of Fluorescent In Situ data. The total length of mouse Chromosome 6 and the fractional distance of signals from the p-arm terminus were used to localize Tbxas1 to 32.02 +/- 2.59 cMand Igk to 54.59 +/- 3.53 cM (roughly 22.6 cM apart).
