• Experiment
  Sequence analysis of cDNA and genomic clones (including YACPA-2) localized the 3' end of Chic1 74kb 3' (and distal) of Xist on mouse Chromosome X. Pulsed field gel electrophoresis and Southern analysis of a deletion series of YAC fragments (derived from YACPA-2) indicated that Cdx4 is localized approximately 130kb 3' (and distal) to Xist.
