Zfp161-rs1 Southern analysis ZF5
Notes
  • Experiment
DNA from male hemizygous X individuals showed decreased intensity of hybridization bands as compared with females when Southern analyzed with a human ZF6 probe suggesting that mouse Zfp161 sequences may map on the mouse X Chromosome. Backcross mapping confirmed this finding showing Zfp161-rs1 segregating with loci on the mouse X Chromosome.
