Notes
  • Reference
The authors constructed a recombinational map on mouse Chromosome 16 derived from the analysis of 5 intersubspecific backcrosses and an intercross: BALB/cJ x (BALB/cJ x MOLD/Rk)F1, (BALB/cJ x MOLD/Rk)F1 x BALB/cJ, C57BL/6 wv/wv x (MOLD/Rk x C57BL/6 wv/wv)F1, (MOLD/Rk x DW/J)F1 x DW/J, (Czech II x BALB/cPt)F1 x Czech II, and (MOLD/Rk x C57BL/6 wv/wv)F1. The composite data derived from all 6 crosses is available at the authors's Web site (http://physiology.med.jhu.edu/roger/roger/html). Composite data from the first three crosses is available through MGD (see cross data entry for mapping panel link).
  • Experiment
Detailed mapping data for this reference is associated with the Reeves Chromosome 16 mapping panel, accessible by clicking on the link highlighted below. The authors present composite haplotype data derived from the analysis of three crosses. BALB/cJ c (BALB/cJ x MOLD/Rk)F1, (BALB/cJ x MOLD/Rk)F1 x BALB/cJ, and C57BL/6 wv/wv x (MOLD/Rk x C57BL/6 wv/wv)F1.Offspring types indicate alleles inherited from F1 parent.
