  cDNA clones that were isolated using the 530kb YAC clone B4 were shown to have sequences related to Znt4. YAC clone B4 also carries markers D2Mit396, and Stx13bp1^pa suggesting that these loci are physically linked within a 530kb segment of mouse Chromosome 2.
