Notes
  • Experiment
By using both fine genetic mapping and molecular analysis a physical map was constructed in the region of the T complex. The following order of loci was indicated within approximately 1.4kb of genomic DNA: D17Leh119I - D17Leh119II D17Leh119I D17Her139 - D17Her190. Further analysis using jumping clones indicated that D17Leh119II, D17Her139 and D17Her190 are contained within the same 400 bp segment in the following physical order: centromere - D17Leh119II - 120 bp - D17Leh139 - 100 bp - D17Her190.
