  Southern analysis of CHEF (Clamped Homogeneous Electric Field) gels indicated that the transgene insertion, D16Ros1 and D16Ros2 all were contained within the same 100-kb SfiI fragment in the transgenic ckr mouse. D16Ros1 and D16Ros2, which flank the transgene insertion, are duplicated in the ckrtgr mouse.
