GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Slc16a2 overlapping clones
DXCrc318 overlapping clones
Xist overlapping clones
Chic1 overlapping clones
Cdx4 overlapping clones
Nap1l2 overlapping clones
Notes
  • Reference
Authors use Bpx for locus symbol Nap1l2.
  • Experiment
    The authors used overlapping YAC clones and Southern hybridization analysis to physically map the Xpct gene to mouse Chromosome X. The order and approximate distance between the markers on the mouse X Chromosome are: centromere - 5' Slc16a2 3' - (~65kb) - DXCrc318 - (~120kb) - 5' Xist 3' - (~30kb) - 3' Chic1 5' - (~90kb) - 3' Cdx4 5' - (~135kb) - 5' Nap1l2 3' - telomere.
